Is your store open?

Yes! Come on in! We miss you and are excited to see you! 


    What are you doing for Covid-19?

    • 10 Customers Maximum in the store

    • Masks Required

    • Gloves Provided and Required

    • Yes, we take cash

    • Yes, you can try on clothing → We ‘quarantine’ and steam the clothing tried on that does not work out.


    Is everything in your store available on your website?

    No. At this time we are working through our inventory and gradually adding it to the website. If there is something you are specifically looking for check our Instagram @thechildrenshour for more products or give the store a call at 801-359-4150


      What is your Return & Exchange Policy?

      • We only offer store credit for returns. 

      • We do not provide return shipping. Please note shipping charges will not be refunded.

      • Items must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered with tags attached to be eligible for exchange or store credit. Items without tags will be denied.

      • All returns and exchanges must be made in 14 days of the postmarked delivery date. Returns older than 14 days will be rejected and shipped back at sender’s expense.

      • Returns and exchanges must have receipt.

      • ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL. All items made sale after purchase apply to this requirement as well.

      • We do not accept damaged jewelry for return.

      • No exceptions will be made, we reserve the right to deny any returns and exchanges if the merchandise returned does not meet our policy requirements.
